Hill Home Architecture, the Krater house Design
This house is located on the top of hill, that create two basic challenge of the design. Entirely 25 meter long lap pool is located at the Krater’s west part which also features amazing sea views. The house is protected the interior from Aegean Sea wind. There is yard that protected from winds and is separated from living area only with large glass sliding doors. The main exterior were dug into the landscape forming the ‘Caldera’ of Krater.

Home architecture that build in sloping site terrain is looks innovative especially with specific structure like in this wooden home design. With balanced foundation and some columns to support the higher floor, this house gives us modular design. The walls and floors tile are using short structural span and standard 4’ x 8’ sheets of plywood that bring up a modern Japanese floor.
