The house is build to get flexible living space for the residence. The flexibility of the house is around the private areas in the lower floor from the public areas in the first and lower floor. The house is also completed with garage, playroom or to host parties. The floor is designed to match the entire house interior, there are some parts which use wood splat flooring and marble for the other.
